About Me

Hi, I'm Clare Chaplin and welcome to Little Steps Play Therapy. I have 22 years of experience working with children as a primary school teacher and play therapist.

I have always believed in the power of connection — particularly the unique way children see and experience the world. My journey into play therapy grew from a deep passion for supporting children's emotional well-being and a recognition that children need a different kind of space to heal than adults do.

After completing my training in play therapy, I founded Little Steps Play Therapy with one simple aim: to give children access to high-quality, compassionate, child-led therapeutic support.
